This role is a hands-on and strategic opportunity to lead marketing efforts across two complementary industrial businesses operating in highly technical B2B markets. You will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation, strengthen brand positioning, and support commercial growth. The position combines digital marketing, content creation, and eCommerce development with a strong focus on measurable business impact. Working closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams, you will translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions. Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the full scope of marketing and advertising initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Your mission will be to strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales performance across multiple channels. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing annual marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Driving B2B lead generation campaigns targeting industrial, OEM, HVAC, and distribution markets
  • Managing and continuously improving company websites, ensuring SEO performance, usability, and conversion optimization
  • Leading eCommerce development initiatives, including online catalogs, product listings, and purchasing workflows
  • Creating marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, technical sheets, and sales presentations
  • Managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Overseeing social media presence with a focus on B2B engagement and industry visibility
  • Supporting sales teams with tailored marketing assets and proposal materials
  • Tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and optimizing marketing ROI
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Requirements

    This position requires a strong mix of strategic marketing expertise and hands-on digital execution, ideally within B2B or industrial environments. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of translating technical products into compelling messaging. Key qualifications include:

    • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Experience managing websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms)
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid media strategies
    • Experience with eCommerce platforms or digital sales enablement tools
    • Ability to create clear messaging from complex technical concepts
    • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
    • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and campaign performance
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
    • Experience in industrial equipment, HVAC, pumps, or engineered systems is a strong plus
    • Basic design or multimedia skills (Adobe Suite or similar) are a bonus
