Marketing Assistant
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Assistant based in Brazil.
This remote, part-time role is focused on supporting a fast-growing real estate team through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in developing engaging digital content, managing social media channels, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms. The position combines creativity and strategy, requiring someone who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns. You will also contribute to CRM management, email marketing, and digital advertising execution. A strong focus is placed on automation and innovation, with the opportunity to work with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and performance. Accountabilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business.
- Maintain consistent publishing calendars and monitor social media performance to ensure strong digital presence.
- Develop and edit visual and written content for listings, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update CRM data (e.g., Follow Up Boss) to ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline organization.
- Support email marketing and digital advertising campaigns, including design, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Implement automation and workflow improvements using AI-based tools such as n8n and Make.
- Track marketing metrics, analyze performance, and deliver regular insights and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with brand voice, strategy, and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation, and marketing efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and performance analytics.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation, content creation, or workflow optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills and basic design abilities for social media and campaign assets.
- Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Business, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Studio.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
