Midweight Designer

Accountabilities

In this role, you will deliver high-quality creative output that strengthens brand storytelling and supports marketing, communications, and event initiatives across multiple channels.

• Develop and deliver best-in-class creative work aligned with brand and campaign objectives
• Translate complex briefs into clear, impactful, and visually compelling design solutions
• Support brand expression across global events, digital campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives
• Produce high-quality digital, print, and motion-ready assets across multiple formats and platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine ideas and ensure consistent visual execution
• Maintain strong attention to detail while delivering multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve output

Requirements

You bring solid midweight-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, technical execution, and versatility across media.

• Proven experience as a Midweight Designer in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepting and execution across digital, print, social, and event design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with designing for multi-platform outputs
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative ideas clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craft
• Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred
