MuleSoft Developer Senior

In this role, you will join a fast-paced, international environment focused on delivering high-quality integration solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable APIs and system integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, supporting critical business processes across multiple industries. Working closely with architects, developers, and functional teams, you will contribute to API-led connectivity strategies that enable seamless data flow across complex systems. The role combines hands-on development with architectural participation, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing integrations. You will also play a key part in troubleshooting production issues and continuously improving integration reliability. This position offers exposure to global clients, modern cloud/hybrid environments, and enterprise-grade integration challenges.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
• Implement API-led connectivity approaches, including System, Process, and Experience APIs across enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Build complex data transformations using DataWeave across formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Participate in architecture discussions, contribute to technical design decisions, and support solution definition.
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and assist in UAT phases to ensure delivery quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system stability and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and ensure compliance with coding and security standards.

Requirements:

You bring solid experience in integration development with strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-driven architectures. You are comfortable working across complex systems, collaborating with technical and functional teams, and delivering reliable enterprise integrations. You combine strong technical depth with analytical thinking and clear communication skills, enabling you to contribute effectively in distributed environments.

• 4–7+ years of experience in integration development with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Strong proficiency in DataWeave for complex data transformations.
• Familiarity with RAML/OpenAPI specifications and Anypoint Exchange.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and related data formats.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud or hybrid integration environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
