This is an opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging English lessons to young learners and teenagers in a fully remote environment. You will play a key role in supporting students’ language development, confidence, and long-term learning progress through structured online teaching sessions. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to organize your teaching schedule while maintaining consistency with a dedicated student base. Accountabilities

• Deliver high-quality online English lessons to young learners and teenagers, ensuring engagement and progress aligned with learning objectives.
• Maintain a minimum teaching schedule of 10 hours per week, including availability during peak demand periods.
• Build consistent relationships with students by providing structured, continuous learning support.
• Apply CEFR frameworks and ESL teaching methodologies to assess and track student development.
• Manage classroom delivery in a virtual environment, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and interactivity in all sessions.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet different learner levels and needs while maintaining lesson quality standards.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and consistent availability within scheduled teaching hours.
• Ensure a well-prepared, professional online teaching setup that supports effective instruction delivery.

Requirements

• Native-level or C1/C2 English proficiency and fluent Portuguese communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in English teaching (online or in-person classroom environments).
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (120+ hours required).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Literature, Translation, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Strong understanding of CEFR levels and ESL assessment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a learner-focused mindset.
• Strong digital literacy and comfort using online teaching platforms and tools.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free remote teaching environment.
• Reliable internet connection and required teaching equipment (HD webcam, headset, etc.).
• Clear criminal record as part of compliance requirements.
