This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Portfolio Manager (DTC) based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to lead paid media strategy across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands in a fast-paced digital environment.
You will own the full lifecycle of Meta advertising campaigns, combining performance analysis, creative strategy, and budget optimization.
The position sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and content creation, requiring both analytical thinking and creative expertise.
You will collaborate with designers, creators, and social media teams to develop high-converting advertising assets.

Accountabilities:
The Paid Media Portfolio Manager will be responsible for driving paid social performance across multiple DTC brands by managing campaigns, optimizing investments, and developing creative strategies that improve customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead end-to-end paid media and creative development strategies across a portfolio of DTC brands.
- Own Meta Ads Manager operations, including campaign structure, audience strategy, budget allocation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze advertising data and translate insights into actionable creative briefs and campaign improvements.
- Develop and test new creative angles, formats, messaging approaches, and hooks to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Make data-driven decisions regarding scaling successful campaigns and reducing investment in underperforming initiatives.
- Direct UGC creators, graphic designers, and internal content teams to produce effective advertising assets.
- Create and refine advertising content using creative tools while guiding collaborators through the production process.
- Partner with social media teams to coordinate campaign scheduling, content monitoring, and performance alignment.
- Apply creative testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and advertising efficiency.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands with demonstrated ROAS results.
- Strong understanding of performance creative principles, including hooks, copywriting, thumb-stopping concepts, and high-converting formats.
- Experience managing multiple brands, accounts, or advertising portfolios is preferred.
- Ability to interpret performance data and transform insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Experience leading, briefing, or collaborating with creative teams, including UGC creators, designers, and content specialists.
- Strong knowledge of creative testing methodologies and scaling successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.
