In this role, you will take full ownership of Meta Ads performance for eCommerce brands, driving profitable growth through hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and continuous experimentation. You will work in-platform daily, managing budgets, refining account structures, and improving key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. This is a highly operational and data-driven position where success depends on your ability to test, learn, and scale effectively. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and CRO teams to improve both ad performance and post-click experience. The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented, with strong emphasis on accountability and measurable impact. Your decisions will directly influence revenue growth for high-scale eCommerce accounts.


Accountabilities:

  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands, including prospecting, retargeting, and catalog-based campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing, balancing efficiency and scale while maximizing ROAS and minimizing CPA.
  • Develop structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages, ensuring clear documentation of learnings.
  • Analyze campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, identifying insights and executing data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to improve conversion rates and post-click performance.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy and measurement reliability, including Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, GA4 basics, and attribution consistency.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns directly (not purely supervisory roles).
    • Proven experience in eCommerce performance marketing with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
    • Experience managing significant monthly Meta ad spend in a single account, with clear ownership of outcomes.
    • Strong understanding of Meta Ads fundamentals, including audience strategy, creative testing, scaling methods, and account structure.
    • Ability to interpret performance data, diagnose issues, and clearly communicate actions and results.
    • Strong English communication skills with structured, concise, and data-driven thinking.
