This role is a high-impact opportunity to build and scale a mobile-first acquisition engine in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will take ownership of significant paid media investment across key performance channels while shaping strategy, execution, and optimization from the ground up. Acting as both strategist and hands-on media buyer, you will drive growth across the full funnel, from acquisition to repayment outcomes. The position blends analytics, experimentation, and execution in a highly data-driven setting. You will collaborate closely with external agency partners while progressively strengthening in-house capabilities. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-scaling environments and wants to directly influence business growth and market expansion.


Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across mobile acquisition channels, including Meta, Google App Campaigns, DSPs, and emerging platforms, managing setup, optimization, and scaling.
  • Lead the development of the performance marketing function by building structured reporting systems, experimentation frameworks, and scalable acquisition processes.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring strong performance delivery while progressively internalizing expertise and execution capabilities.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance metrics, from acquisition efficiency (CAC) to downstream outcomes such as conversion rates, LTV, and repayment behavior.
  • Design and execute structured experiments including A/B testing, creative testing, and incrementality analysis to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Allocate and adjust marketing budgets dynamically based on performance signals, risk considerations, and business priorities.
  • Drive creative performance strategy by translating data insights into actionable recommendations on messaging, audience targeting, and formats.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Risk, and Design teams to improve targeting, onboarding, and conversion optimization.
  • Own attribution and measurement frameworks using mobile tracking tools while navigating privacy-related signal loss challenges.
  • Develop deep market expertise in Mexico, leveraging insights on user behavior, channel dynamics, and financial patterns to refine strategy.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing with direct ownership of mobile campaign execution and results.
    • Proven success scaling app acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google App Campaigns, and DSPs.
    • Strong ability to optimize beyond installs, using downstream business metrics such as revenue, LTV, and payback periods.
    • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or similar platforms.
    • Solid understanding of mobile tracking limitations, including privacy frameworks and signal loss (e.g., SKAN).
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
    • Experience using SQL for independent data analysis and insight generation.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with strong ownership and execution drive.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders using data-driven insights.
    • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
