This is an opportunity for a mid-level data professional to transform complex information into actionable insights that support business decisions and create measurable value.
You will develop analytical dashboards, reports, data models, and integrations while ensuring the quality and reliability of critical information.
The role combines hands-on data analysis with close collaboration with internal clients and business stakeholders.
You will translate business needs into practical, scalable analytical solutions and help define and monitor relevant KPIs.
There is also a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement, and the thoughtful use of Generative AI to increase productivity and uncover insights.

Accountabilities:

• Create, maintain, and continuously improve analytical dashboards and management reports, ensuring strong performance, visual quality, and automated data refreshes.
• Perform data modeling, cleansing, transformation, and integration using information from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and define relevant performance indicators and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to automate analytical processes and improve recurring data preparation, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Apply analytical tools and Generative AI capabilities to increase efficiency, productivity, and the quality of insights delivered to the business.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, reliability, and usability across analytical outputs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the evolution of data-driven practices by promoting scalable, efficient, and business-oriented approaches to analytics.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in data analysis, including the use of analytical tools and Generative AI resources to generate insights, automate activities, and support decision-making.
• Experience handling, modeling, transforming, and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI, for developing dashboards and management reports.
• Knowledge of consuming and integrating APIs for data collection and availability.
• Experience automating analytical processes and recurring data treatment routines.
• Knowledge of defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs and other performance indicators.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, consistency, and reliability best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical analytical solutions that generate value for internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data and communicate findings clearly.
• Good business understanding and a consultative mindset when working with stakeholders from different areas.
• Experience with Generative AI tools applied to data analysis and productivity is desirable.
• Knowledge of Python for automation, data analysis, and manipulation is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling and Data Warehouse/Data Lake concepts is desirable.
• Experience working with large datasets and in data-driven environments is an advantage.
