This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Analista de Pré Vendas - BDR Pleno based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact outbound sales role within a fast-growing HRTech environment focused on transforming how organizations manage people and performance. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting across multiple channels. The role requires a consultative mindset, strong resilience, and the ability to run structured conversations with decision-makers across different industries. Beyond booking meetings, you will actively build and manage your own pipeline, contributing directly to revenue predictability and growth. You will operate in a data-driven environment, using CRM tools and performance metrics to continuously improve your approach. It is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in structured execution, learning loops, and high-volume outbound activity.


Accountabilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts by identifying and engaging leads that have no prior relationship with the product, using personalized and consultative approaches across multiple channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct high-quality qualification conversations, applying active listening, discovery techniques, and objection handling to understand prospect needs and fit.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM tools (such as HubSpot), ensuring all interactions, updates, and next steps are properly recorded.
  • Adapt messaging and sales pitch based on lead profile, industry, and buying stage to increase conversion effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support outbound campaigns and execute aligned prospecting strategies.
  • Monitor personal performance metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline progression, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of sales playbooks by sharing insights on objections, patterns, and successful approaches.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in outbound B2B sales or active prospecting in a consultative sales environment.
    • Hands-on experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), with strong discipline in pipeline management and data accuracy.
    • Familiarity with sales and qualification methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT, GPCT or similar frameworks.
    • Strong resilience and persistence when handling objections and maintaining consistent outbound activity.
    • Ability to absorb feedback quickly and translate it into improved performance and execution.
    • Self-management skills with strong organization, routine discipline, and focus on consistent delivery.
    • Analytical mindset to track personal KPIs and optimize conversion performance proactively.
    • (Differential) Experience in structured Inside Sales environments and familiarity with HRTech or HR-related markets.
    • (Differential) Exposure to sales automation tools and AI-driven prospecting workflows.
