This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Consultora SAP EWM - Sênior based in Brazil.

This role is designed for a senior SAP EWM specialist who will play a key part in ensuring the stability, continuity, and continuous improvement of complex logistics and warehouse management environments. You will work in a dynamic AMS (Application Management Services) context, supporting critical operations and resolving incidents that directly impact supply chain efficiency. The position involves close interaction with business and technical teams, translating operational needs into system improvements. You will contribute to integration flows across SAP logistics modules while also supporting enhancements and system configurations. It is a highly collaborative environment where analytical thinking and fast problem-solving are essential. This is an opportunity to work in large-scale SAP landscapes with strong exposure to global standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for supporting and evolving SAP EWM operations within a managed services environment, ensuring system stability and business continuity:

• Provide AMS support for SAP EWM, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and warehouse processes
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues related to EWM and logistics flows
• Perform configurations, adjustments, and minor enhancements in SAP EWM aligned with business needs
• Support integrations between SAP EWM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and improvements
• Manage and track tickets and requests using ITSM tools, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to operational governance and ensure adherence to SLA and service quality standards

Requirements

This role requires strong hands-on SAP EWM experience combined with analytical and support capabilities in complex logistics environments:

• Solid experience working with SAP EWM in AMS/support environments
• Strong knowledge of RF Framework, Fiori applications, and warehouse devices
• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP TM modules
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, or similar platforms
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work with incident management and service-oriented environments
• Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory)
• Advanced English communication skills (mandatory, including interview stage)
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
