Accountabilities

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications while contributing technical expertise to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

• Develop software solutions by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code according to project requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and related technologies.
• Perform software testing, identify and resolve bugs, and ensure high-quality deliveries that meet deadlines and user expectations.
• Document developed code and technical solutions to support future maintenance and product evolution.
• Ensure applications meet security and privacy requirements while protecting user data confidentiality.
• Use version control tools such as Git to manage source code and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Research and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and practices to improve software performance and efficiency.
• Monitor applications in production, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced mobile developer with strong Flutter expertise, solid programming knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in agile technology environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is desirable.
• Professional experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development principles.
• Experience with mobile technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS development environments.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, and software design patterns.
• Experience working with databases and data management concepts.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and work effectively with technical teams.
• English proficiency is considered an advantage.
