Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve full stack applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build modern frontend interfaces using React-based frameworks such as Next.js and Vite.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS and Express.
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, contributing to system design and engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer code reviews, and proper documentation, supported by generative AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-centric and scalable digital solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks across systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud environments to ensure stable and efficient delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Solid experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with Next.js, NestJS, or modern architectural patterns (nice to have).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (nice to have).
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Testing Library (nice to have).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or microservices architectures (nice to have).
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Interest or experience in applying generative AI in software development.
