In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of scalable digital products within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, building robust and high-performance applications that support large-scale digital experiences. Operating in a fully remote and collaborative setup, you will partner closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, improve system architecture, and ensure high code quality across the development lifecycle. You will also actively contribute to CI/CD processes, cloud environments, and continuous product improvement. Accountabilities:
- Develop and evolve full stack applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring scalability and performance
- Build modern front-end interfaces using React and related frameworks such as Next.js and Vite
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or Express
- Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions, contributing to system design and best practices
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, documentation, and use of generative AI tools
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver efficient and scalable digital solutions
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and implement system improvements and refactoring
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based infrastructure operations
- Solid experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React in front-end development
- Strong experience with Node.js in back-end development
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions and collaborate across teams
- Experience with Next.js, NestJS, or modern architecture patterns
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with automated testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or microservices architectures
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Active GitHub, portfolio, or open-source contributions
- Experience applying generative AI tools in software development
