Accountabilities:

As a Pessoa Desenvolvedora RPA/ AI Agents - Pleno, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, ensuring technical quality and continuous improvement of AI-powered systems. Your activities will include:

• Developing and maintaining chatbots and AI agents using artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) technologies;
• Integrating automation solutions with APIs and existing systems to ensure efficient data flows and seamless user experiences;
• Training and improving machine learning models using relevant data to increase chatbot accuracy and performance;
• Monitoring solution performance through metrics and feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization;
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to development, integrations, and functionalities;
• Collaborating with design, product, and business teams to ensure solutions meet user and customer needs;
• Performing testing and validation across different scenarios and environments;
• Participating in planning sessions to understand requirements and propose technical solutions;
• Suggesting improvements and innovations in automation architecture and development practices;
• Supporting technical troubleshooting and sharing knowledge with other team members.

Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with experience in software development and a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred);
• Solid experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript (required);
• Experience developing automation solutions, chatbots, or AI-driven applications;
• Knowledge of API integrations and software development best practices;
• Experience working with agile and/or traditional development methodologies;
• Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus;
• Basic English proficiency is desirable;
• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
• Certification or relevant courses in programming languages are considered a plus.
