This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora ServiceNow - Sênior based in Brazil.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade digital workflows and IT service management solutions. In this role, you will work on complex implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and governance. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions according to business requirements and platform best practices.
  • Participate in the implementation, integration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules and applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Design and maintain integrations, automation workflows, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions.
  • Support the resolution of incidents, problems, and platform-related requests.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards, security policies, governance frameworks, and configuration management practices.
  • Contribute to platform evolution, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in agile development activities and support project delivery throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementer, Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar senior-level role.
    • Advanced expertise in one or more ServiceNow products and platform capabilities.
    • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong background in software development, project delivery, and agile methodologies.
    • Experience with IT operations management, process automation, and operational productivity improvement initiatives.
    • Solid understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and configuration management principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Advanced English proficiency for professional communication and participation in international meetings and interviews.
    • Experience with business process design, enterprise architecture, digital transformation initiatives, or global ServiceNow projects is considered a strong advantage.
