Pessoa Product Owner (Home Office)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Product Owner (Home Office) based in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and success of digital products within an agile environment, acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams. You will define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that priorities are aligned with business goals and deliver real value to end users. This position requires a strong ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product decisions, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will manage and refine product backlogs, guide sprint planning, and ensure transparency and clarity across all delivery cycles. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering agile practices, supporting client understanding of product methodologies, and enabling continuous improvement. This is a fully remote opportunity in a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on building impactful digital solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Define, maintain, and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, including features, improvements, and bug prioritization.
• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, coordinating dependencies across multiple teams when necessary.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities based on data analysis and market understanding.
• Act as the main point of contact between business, clients, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct training and guidance sessions with clients to support agile understanding and improve product usage.
• Ensure the product backlog remains visible, transparent, and prioritized to maximize value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Solid experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
• Previous experience as Product Owner in SaaS and B2B product environments.
• Experience in building and managing digital products from discovery to delivery.
• Strong ability to define priorities based on business value and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (Business, Tech, UX, Engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile certifications, AI tools, and products related to audit or compliance is considered a plus.
