Accountabilities

• Extract and analyze client datasets to identify relevant patterns, behaviors, and profiles.
• Gather and request information from different business areas, determining which data is relevant to each analysis.
• Clean, combine, structure, and validate data from multiple sources to produce reliable insights.
• Develop robust quantitative analyses that support business recommendations and action plans.
• Maintain continuous communication with business stakeholders throughout the analytical process, from problem definition through final delivery.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate data quality, and identify gaps or inconsistencies before using information to support recommendations.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business arguments and practical recommendations.
• Prepare executive presentations and supporting materials to communicate conclusions effectively to clients and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in data analysis applied to business contexts, with a track record of generating insights that support decision-making.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis and manipulation tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing datasets from different sources to identify patterns and build meaningful profiles.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to question assumptions and assess data quality.
• Ability to move comfortably between technical data analysis and business discussions, communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• High autonomy and proactivity, particularly when working with ambiguous requirements or incomplete information.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain productive dialogue with clients and business teams.
• Experience creating presentations and executive-facing materials that communicate analytical conclusions and recommendations.
• A hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on turning data into actionable business value.
