Power BI Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Power BI Implementation Consultant based in Brazil.

You will play a key role in enabling the successful rollout and adoption of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions within a large-scale, international environment. Rather than focusing on dashboard creation, this role is centered on driving change, ensuring smooth adoption of Power BI across business functions such as Sales and Finance. You will act as the main connector between business users and technical teams, translating feedback into actionable improvements and ensuring a seamless transition from legacy reporting tools to modern BI platforms. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, as you will engage with both operational users and senior leadership. You will also contribute to training, enablement, and change management efforts that directly influence user adoption and business impact. This is a fully remote role aligned with US working hours, offering exposure to complex enterprise transformation programs.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end rollout and adoption of Power BI dashboards across Sales and Finance business units.
• Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring dashboards meet business requirements before deployment.
• Support business users transitioning from legacy BI tools (such as IBM Cognos) to Power BI, driving adoption and engagement.
• Capture, prioritize, and track user feedback, working closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify reporting gaps and unmet business needs, translating them into structured requirements for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clear feedback loops.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to improve user adoption and reduce reliance on legacy reporting tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Power BI implementation, rollout, or adoption management within an organization.
• Background in Business Analysis, Change Management, or a similar business-facing role (non-developer profile preferred).
• Strong understanding of Sales and Finance processes, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Solid functional knowledge of Power BI to engage credibly with technical teams (without necessarily building dashboards).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with ability to work in a US-based environment.
• Based in Brazil and available to work remotely aligned with US Central Time (UTC-5).
