Accountabilities:

The Product Builder Sênior will be responsible for leading the development of innovative digital products, from initial concept to validation and continuous improvement. The role requires strong ownership, experimentation, and collaboration across different areas to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.

• Lead the creation of digital products from ideation through market validation.
• Identify business opportunities and transform them into scalable and viable solutions.
• Build and validate MVPs quickly by leveraging AI-powered tools and methodologies.
• Define product functionalities, prioritize improvements, and manage experimentation cycles.
• Collaborate with technology, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, prototyping, development, and testing processes.
• Continuously improve products based on metrics, user feedback, and business results.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, hands-on experience building digital solutions, and the ability to move quickly from ideas to execution. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial profile, strong analytical skills, and practical experience applying technology and AI to product development.

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Builder, Founder, Tech PM, or in similar product-oriented roles.
• Proven experience creating and evolving digital products.
• Experience building MVPs and validating product ideas in the market.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on execution and results.
• Practical knowledge of using AI tools and methodologies to support product development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
