Product Designer (Mobile)

This role is focused on shaping and evolving a mobile-first product ecosystem that impacts thousands of users across a fast-growing digital platform. You will play a strategic part in defining end-to-end mobile experiences, from deep user research and discovery to high-fidelity interface design and delivery. Working within a collaborative and data-driven product environment, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to solve complex experience challenges. Your work will directly influence usability, engagement, and product maturity across iOS and Android applications. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys turning user insights and business goals into elegant, scalable mobile solutions. You will also contribute to strengthening design culture and raising the overall bar for product experience.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design of mobile experiences with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and strategic product evolution. You will be responsible for translating complex user journeys into simple, intuitive mobile interfaces while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Your responsibilities include:

• Driving end-to-end mobile product design, from discovery and research to UI definition and detailed handoff
• Designing scalable and consistent mobile experiences aligned with native iOS and Android standards
• Conducting and supporting user research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation to guide product decisions
• Using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and improve product roadmap direction
• Documenting user flows, requirements, and design decisions to support development and product clarity
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure feasible and impactful solutions
• Identifying experience gaps and proposing improvements to increase product maturity and coherence
• Contributing to design system evolution and ensuring visual and functional consistency across the mobile ecosystem

Requirements

This position requires strong experience in Product Design with a proven focus on mobile applications and complex digital products. You should be comfortable working across the full product lifecycle and leveraging research and data to drive decisions. Key qualifications include:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design for complex digital products
• At least 2 years of experience working specifically with mobile ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of native mobile design patterns for iOS and Android
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Experience designing end-to-end product flows, including discovery, prototyping, and delivery
• Strong understanding of usability principles and ability to simplify complex user journeys
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and usability testing
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable product improvements
• Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience in tech companies or digital product environments (fintech experience is a plus)
