Product Designer Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer Pleno based in Brazil.

As a Product Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping digital products from initial discovery through continuous evolution at scale.
You will join a multidisciplinary squad allocated to a major client, working on complex digital challenges with meaningful business and user impact.
The role combines strategic thinking, research, product discovery, interaction design, and high-quality visual execution.
You will partner closely with Product and Technology teams to translate complex contexts into simple, valuable, and intuitive experiences.
Your work will influence product roadmaps and prioritization through data, research insights, usability indicators, and a long-term product perspective.
You will also contribute to design culture, collaboration practices, design systems, and the development of other designers and stakeholders.
This is a fully remote opportunity suited to someone comfortable with ambiguity, multidisciplinary collaboration, and high standards of design excellence.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the Product Design pillar within a squad, with support from leadership, ensuring the creation and evolution of valuable, simple, and impactful products from conception through scale.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to understand the business deeply and translate product vision into inspiring digital experiences.
• Influence product roadmaps and evolution decisions using metrics, research findings, usability indicators, and a long-term product perspective.
• Conduct discovery and research processes autonomously in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
• Translate complex business and user problems into clear journeys, flows, and simple, elegant experiences.
• Facilitate ideation sessions, stakeholder alignment activities, and hypothesis prioritization processes.
• Design interfaces with strong visual and functional quality, ensuring adherence to the design system and supporting its continuous evolution.
• Establish effective collaboration practices with developers to maintain a high standard of quality throughout implementation.
• Evaluate products continuously and propose improvements based on data, research, and usability indicators.
• Promote a human-centered design culture, encourage good practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
• Act as a technical and strategic reference for other designers and stakeholders.
• Work effectively with different professional profiles and adapt to ambiguous or constantly changing contexts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer working on complex digital products and projects.
• Ability to independently conduct discovery, investigation, and product design processes in partnership with Product and Technology teams.
• Strong ability to transform complex contexts and problems into intuitive user journeys, flows, and experiences.
• Experience facilitating ideation, stakeholder alignment, and hypothesis prioritization activities.
• Strong visual and functional interface design skills, with experience working with and evolving design systems.
• Experience establishing effective collaboration practices with software developers and ensuring design quality during implementation.
• Ability to use data, research, and usability metrics to identify opportunities and guide continuous product improvements.
• Strong understanding of Web and Mobile interaction patterns and their specific requirements.
• Ability to contribute strategically beyond individual design deliverables and influence product decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience mentoring or providing strategic and technical guidance to other designers is valuable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Claude Code, and Copilot is a plus.
