Product Designer Sênior - (Gestão/Financeiro)

This role is focused on designing end-to-end digital experiences that empower restaurant operators to manage their businesses with clarity, efficiency, and confidence. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and business goals, helping transform complex financial and operational workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions. Embedded in a fast-growing SaaS environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to shape impactful product decisions. Your work will span discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery, ensuring that every solution is grounded in user needs and data-driven insights. You will also play a key role in defining metrics, running research, and supporting continuous product improvement. This is a high-impact position for a senior designer passionate about solving real-world operational and financial challenges through design.

Accountabilities:

• Translate user needs and business objectives into simple, scalable, and effective product experiences for restaurant management and financial workflows.
• Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and interactive prototypes across different fidelity levels to validate concepts before implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in discovery processes, hypothesis validation, user research, and experimentation initiatives.
• Conduct usability testing, benchmarks, and competitive analysis to inform product and design decisions.
• Define and track product and UX metrics using qualitative and quantitative data to guide improvements.
• Contribute to prioritization discussions with PMs, helping refine requirements and product direction.
• Support and influence design practices, processes, and documentation within the broader product design chapter.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design for digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong ability to use Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience working across end-to-end product cycles with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with discovery processes, user research, and hypothesis validation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track experience metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contexts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and self-management skills.
• Nice to have: experience in food service, SaaS B2B platforms, or financial/management products (accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, financial reporting).
• Nice to have: experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Nice to have: experience conducting business research such as NPS studies.
