This senior Product Designer role is focused on crafting high-quality user interfaces and scalable digital experiences in a data-driven and collaborative product environment. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, consistent, and visually refined interfaces that enhance user experience across digital platforms. The role requires a strong UI mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to design decisions in fast-paced agile cycles. You will also play an important role in shaping and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. Collaboration, structured thinking, and a user-centered approach are essential, as you will participate in the full design lifecycle from discovery to implementation. This is a highly impactful role for a designer passionate about UI excellence and continuous product improvement, with strong exposure to cross-functional teams and modern digital products.

Accountabilities:

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces ensuring visual consistency, usability, and excellent user experience across digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Validate design quality before and after implementation, ensuring alignment with intended user experience and product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in agile development cycles to deliver scalable and consistent solutions.
• Maintain and organize design files, components, and workflows in a structured and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the Design System, ensuring reusability and design consistency.
• Participate in continuous improvement of design processes, workflows, and team standards.
• Support decision-making in product design by bringing a strong UI perspective and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with strong focus on UI design for digital products.
• Advanced knowledge of interface design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience working in agile environments alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining Design Systems and component-based design structures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage design assets and workflows efficiently.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual consistency and aesthetic quality.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English required for working in international or bilingual environments.
• Proactive mindset with ability to contribute to process improvements and design evolution.
