Accountabilities:

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for products related to credit funding, FIDCs, and fixed income solutions.
• Drive the evolution of funding ecosystems, balancing business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Credit, Treasury, Legal, Engineering, Growth, and Design to align product initiatives and operational processes.
• Analyze market trends, fintech movements, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and funding metrics to support strategic and data-driven decision-making.
• Understand and optimize funding spread, balancing cost of capital and portfolio profitability.
• Coordinate integrations between internal systems and external partners, ensuring technical feasibility and operational efficiency.
• Conduct investigations, reconciliations, and data analysis to identify inconsistencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritize and deliver product initiatives that maximize value for both internal and external customers.
• Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams toward shared objectives, contributing to long-term product vision and business strategy.
• Support experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing for fixed income product offerings and customer journeys.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing funding products within financial institutions, especially involving FIDCs and fixed income operations.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products, particularly CDBs, including customer offering journeys, operational flows, regulatory reporting, and audit processes.
• Experience working with systems related to funding management, investments, or treasury operations.
• Solid understanding of key funding metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations, including tools such as Swagger, JSON, and Postman.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Databricks, or similar data analysis tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to funding models, FIDCs, and fixed income products.
• Experience conducting A/B tests and optimizing product flows based on performance insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Additional certifications or training in Product Management or related areas are considered a plus.
