Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for customers and the business. This role requires ownership of the product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.

• Identify customer needs and business opportunities, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Business teams to create effective product solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer expectations.
• Create user stories, manage backlog priorities, and establish clear acceptance criteria to support efficient product development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to generate insights and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor product performance metrics and analyze results to ensure initiatives deliver expected business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, customer journey mapping, and solution prototyping activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product experiences and drive continuous evolution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a product professional with strong experience managing digital products, combining strategic thinking, technical understanding, and a customer-focused mindset. You should be comfortable making data-driven decisions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.

• Solid experience working as a Product Manager for digital products.
• Previous experience in the hosting industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong results-oriented mindset, with experience measuring and optimizing product impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with Design, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience collecting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making.
• Ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategies and priorities.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
