PRODUCT OWNER (PO)

Working within an agile squad, you will shape product direction, prioritize backlog items, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The position combines analytical thinking, product discovery, and hands-on delivery ownership. You will contribute directly to improving user experience and product performance through data-driven decisions and continuous iteration. Accountabilities

Define and manage product direction within an agile environment, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals while supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Write and refine user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria using structured templates and INVEST principles.
• Prioritize, manage, and continuously refine the product backlog in alignment with business and technical priorities.
• Define sprint goals, support planning activities, and ensure effective execution in collaboration with the Scrum team.
• Track and analyze product KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Use data analysis to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and support product decision-making.
• Identify product issues and propose improvements focused on continuous enhancement of user experience.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams to ensure strong communication and product alignment.
• Ensure delivery excellence by supporting agile practices alongside the Scrum Master.

Requirements

This role requires strong product management fundamentals combined with analytical thinking and agile delivery experience.

• Higher education completed or in progress in related fields.
• Solid experience across the product lifecycle, including discovery and delivery phases.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to product discovery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework practices.
• Ability to define and manage product backlogs, KPIs, and sprint planning activities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in software development or technical background is a plus.
• Certifications such as PSPO, postgraduate studies, or MBA are considered advantages.
• Spanish fluency is an additional plus.
