Production Graphic Designer

This role is focused on high-precision, production-driven graphic design for a fast-paced visual communications environment serving U.S.-based clients.
You will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into accurate, print-ready production files used across signage, large-format printing, and branded visual materials.
The position requires strong technical execution skills, with a focus on consistency, file accuracy, and adherence to strict production standards.
You will collaborate closely with an Art Director and internal design teams to support high-volume workflows and ensure smooth project delivery.
A strong emphasis is placed on efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within structured production processes.
You will also leverage modern design and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows and improve output quality.

Accountabilities

• Produce and prepare high-quality, print-ready design files for signage, large-format printing, and other visual communication outputs.
• Execute production design tasks using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with a strong focus on accuracy and technical standards.
• Ensure all files meet production requirements, including bleeds, safe zones, color modes (CMYK/RGB), scaling, and resolution standards.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to implement design instructions and maintain consistency across production workflows.
• Manage high-volume design requests while maintaining speed, precision, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve file or layout issues proactively to prevent production delays.
• Support structured production pipelines and contribute to improving workflow efficiency.
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of professional experience in production design, print production, or related design environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical printing and large-format output.
• Strong understanding of print production fundamentals, including file setup, color systems, scaling, and output specifications.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production environments with tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of vector graphics, file management, and production workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with international teams.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
• Experience in signage, print shops, or wide-format production environments is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI upscaling, vectorization tools, or basic web-related edits is a bonus.
