Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Brazil.

This role sits at the center of complex cloud transformation programs, where you will lead the delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives focused on Google Cloud adoption and modernization. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional experts to shape project scope, define execution plans, and ensure successful delivery of cloud services. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply technical, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will help organizations accelerate their cloud journey by reducing risk, clarifying priorities, and driving structured delivery. This position combines client-facing leadership with strong program management discipline, ensuring that large-scale transformation initiatives stay aligned, measurable, and impactful. Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Google Cloud transformation and adoption projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and business objectives.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients to gather requirements, define engagement scope, and align on delivery expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to execute project plans and deliver cloud solutions effectively.
• Develop structured project roadmaps, track milestones, and implement governance mechanisms to ensure successful execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks, proactively implementing mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Integrate change management practices into project delivery to support adoption, utilization, and user enablement.
• Establish measurement systems to track progress, adoption rates, and overall project success metrics.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment at all levels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within enterprise IT, cloud consulting, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong background working with client-facing engagements and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering or supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and structured delivery practices.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, define structure in complex environments, and drive execution independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a disciplined approach to planning and delivery.
• Experience in change management, adoption tracking, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Nice to have: experience in value consulting, proposal development, or public cloud consulting engagements.
