This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Promotor(a) de Merchandising - Diadema/SP based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for driving product visibility and sales performance through effective merchandising strategies in retail environments.
You will support store execution by ensuring products are well-presented, available, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
The position involves frequent interaction with retail partners and field teams to improve in-store presence and customer experience.
You will monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities, and implement actions that maximize product exposure.

Accountabilities:

The role focuses on strengthening product presence in stores, improving execution standards, and supporting sales growth through effective merchandising activities.

• Visit assigned stores according to the established schedule and represent the brand professionally in retail environments.
• Monitor shelves, product assortment, availability, and positioning to ensure optimal execution.
• Implement promotional campaigns and identify the best locations for product displays within stores.
• Create and maintain attractive in-store product presentations to increase visibility and consumer engagement.
• Optimize the use of point-of-sale materials and merchandising tools.
• Complete required administrative activities and reporting tasks.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and become a trusted point of contact for retail partners.
• Track field performance indicators and contribute to achieving sales objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and motivated by achieving results in a fast-paced field environment, with the ability to manage store relationships and execute merchandising strategies effectively.

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Motivation to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing store activities.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete digital reports and administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Availability to work in a field-based role with regular store visits.
