• Set up and maintain merchandising materials and promotional displays
• Track performance indicators and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and visit documentation
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to enhance collaboration and brand presence

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or similar field roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
• Basic computer skills for reporting and data tracking
• Negotiation skills and ability to identify in-store opportunities
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
