This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Promotor(a) de Merchandising - Vitoria/ES based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for strengthening product visibility and sales performance directly at the point of sale.
You will act as a key representative in retail environments, ensuring products are well-positioned and available for consumers.
The position combines field execution, relationship building, and commercial support to achieve business goals.
You will monitor store execution, optimize displays, and implement promotional strategies that improve customer engagement.
Working independently across assigned locations, you will contribute to stronger brand presence and retail excellence.

Accountabilities:

The role focuses on executing merchandising strategies and ensuring excellent product presentation across retail locations. You will support sales growth by maintaining strong store execution, improving visibility, and building positive relationships with customers and partners.

• Visit assigned stores according to the established schedule and represent the brand professionally in retail environments.
• Monitor shelves, product assortment, availability, and placement to ensure optimal execution.
• Implement promotional campaigns and identify the best in-store locations for product displays.
• Create and maintain attractive product presentations according to merchandising guidelines.
• Optimize the use of point-of-sale materials and promotional assets.
• Complete required administrative activities and provide accurate field information.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and become a trusted partner for customers.
• Support commercial objectives by improving product visibility and consumer experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets in a field-based role. Previous experience in merchandising or retail execution is valued, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales support, or similar field activities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with customers and store teams.
• Motivation to achieve goals and deliver high-quality execution.
• Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple store activities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete administrative tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines.
