This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Promotor(a) de Vendas - Região Leste SP based in Brazil.

This is a field-based sales support role focused on ensuring products are well presented, available, and properly managed across assigned retail stores.
You will be responsible for maintaining displays, replenishing products, checking stock, and ensuring promotional materials are correctly positioned.
The role also involves direct interaction with store managers, supervisors, customers, and consumers.
You’ll follow established store routes and merchandising standards while keeping product information and inventory records up to date.
Attention to product expiration dates, stock rotation, and quality procedures will be essential to maintaining excellent execution at the point of sale.
The position combines organization, agility, customer service, and relationship-building in a dynamic retail environment.
It is well suited to a proactive professional who enjoys working independently while maintaining strong relationships with store teams.

Accountabilities

• Maintain products and display areas clean, organized, properly stocked, and compliant with expiration-date and FIFO (PEPS) rotation requirements.

• Ensure planogram standards and merchandising procedures are correctly implemented across assigned stores.

• Provide customers and consumers with accurate information about available products.

• Install, maintain, and update promotional materials at assigned points of sale.

• Replenish or transfer products as needed to maintain adequate customer inventory levels.

• Follow the established store route efficiently and minimize unnecessary travel between locations.

• Complete check-ins and update relevant information in the company's digital system after store replenishment activities.

• Follow internal policies and operational procedures, including workplace safety, quality, and environmental management standards.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with store supervisors, managers, and other retail contacts.

• Monitor and update customers' virtual inventory throughout the assigned route.

• Manage and monitor product exchange processes at customer locations.

• Ensure proper disposal of expired products and follow up on invoices issued at the points of sale under responsibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Advanced customer service and public-facing communication skills.

• Strong organization and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple stores and product requirements.

• High level of agility and ability to execute tasks efficiently within established routes and schedules.

• Proactive attitude and ability to identify and address replenishment, merchandising, and stock-related needs.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with store management and internal teams.

• Ability to follow procedures related to merchandising, safety, quality, environmental standards, and inventory management.

• Comfortable working in a retail environment and traveling between assigned stores in the East Zone of São Paulo.
