In this role, you will act as a key commercial representative within a high-volume sales environment focused on consórcio products. You will engage directly with potential and existing customers through multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and video interactions, providing consultative and personalized service. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, as you will guide clients through product options, simulate plans, and support them through the entire sales journey until closing. You will work in a structured, target-driven environment where performance and customer experience go hand in hand. This is a dynamic role with direct impact on revenue generation and customer acquisition, offering continuous interaction with leads and clients. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of consórcio products, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a consultative and high-quality customer experience. Your work will involve active outreach, lead follow-up, and structured negotiation to achieve commercial targets.
- Conduct active outbound calls, WhatsApp, and video interactions with leads and prospects
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and present consórcio solutions in a clear and consultative way
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans based on individual profiles
- Perform personalized simulations and prepare commercial proposals
- Negotiate terms, values, and conditions to close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate tracking and updates of leads and negotiation stages
- Follow internal sales processes, policies, and daily performance targets
- Ensure professional, ethical, and customer-oriented communication at all times
- Completed high school education (mandatory)
- Experience in sales, preferably inside sales or telemarketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasion, negotiation, and argumentation abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Organization and attention to detail in managing leads and information
- Resilience and ability to handle objections and work with targets
- Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset
- Fixed salary of R$ 2,500.00
- Variable commission of up to 1% based on performance

Requirements
