Property Management Coordinator

This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of a growing self-storage property portfolio, acting as the key link between customers, onsite teams, and leadership. You will ensure that all operational processes—from rentals and move-ins to billing, delinquency management, and customer support—are handled accurately and efficiently. The position requires a strong sense of ownership, organization, and customer focus, as you will play a critical role in maintaining service quality across multiple properties. Working remotely during U.S. business hours, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and consistent execution of company procedures. Accountabilities
In this role, you will oversee daily property management operations, ensuring customers receive timely support and all administrative and financial processes are executed with accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining operational consistency across systems, supporting leadership with reporting, and helping improve workflows and procedures.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring timely and professional support
- Assist with reservations, rentals, move-ins, move-outs, lease documentation, and account updates
- Monitor occupancy levels, rental activity, and unit availability across properties
- Handle billing inquiries, payment processing support, and delinquency follow-ups according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records, lease files, and operational documentation across systems
- Coordinate with onsite teams to support property-level operational needs
- Prepare reports on occupancy, delinquency, leads, and operational performance
- Identify and implement process improvements, including SOP development and workflow optimization
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and operational projects as needed
- Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service and client-facing communication experience
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience working in remote professional environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Property management, leasing, or self-storage industry experience is highly valued
- Experience with tools such as AppFolio or Easy Storage Solutions is a plus
- Experience building or improving SOPs and operational workflows is a strong advantage
