QA Business Analyst

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that functional requirements are clearly understood, well-documented, and effectively translated into high-quality solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and customer support areas to analyze requirements and validate end-to-end workflows, including human and automated service journeys. The position plays a critical role in shaping customer experience, especially within conversational and chatbot-driven environments. You will also contribute directly to quality assurance activities, helping define test strategies and ensuring delivery consistency. This is a highly collaborative role that combines business analysis and QA practices in an agile, fast-paced environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working across disciplines and improving digital customer journeys.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring alignment between business expectations, development, and testing activities. You will also support QA processes to guarantee the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional rules and system behaviors
• Analyze impact on customer service flows, channels, and digital journeys
• Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and test cases
• Support definition of acceptance criteria for features and enhancements
• Collaborate with business, technology, and customer service (SAC) teams
• Analyze customer service journeys, including chatbot and conversational flows
• Support QA activities, including test planning and execution (functional, regression, UAT, exploratory)

Requirements

You should have solid experience in business analysis and functional QA, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams in agile environments. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills are essential.

• Experience in functional requirements gathering and analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
• Strong interaction with business stakeholders and product teams
• Knowledge of customer service flows and user journeys
• Experience with chatbot or conversational flow analysis
• Nice to have: experience with functional testing and QA strategies
• Nice to have: knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) for test scenarios
• Nice to have: API testing experience (Postman or Insomnia)
• Nice to have: SQL knowledge for data validation
• Nice to have: experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
