Accountabilities
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target candidate pools, competitive landscapes, and hiring trends across technology sectors.
- Create compelling recruitment assets, including candidate outreach messaging, job profiles, and employer value proposition materials.
- Gather, analyze, and track market intelligence, candidate feedback, and recruitment data to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate and client interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain candidate tracking reports, status updates, and project documentation to provide clear visibility throughout recruitment engagements.
- Design presentations, dashboards, charts, and visual reports that communicate recruitment insights and project progress effectively.
- Support multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows remain on track.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance project execution.
- Leverage modern technology and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity, reporting, and overall recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute to post-project analyses and knowledge-sharing initiatives that deliver long-term value to clients and internal teams.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment operations, project coordination, administrative support, research, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional, and persuasive content.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while maintaining ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in learning about technology, SaaS, sales, and evolving market trends.
- Proficiency with productivity tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and recruitment or CRM platforms.
- Positive, accountable, and proactive mindset with a commitment to high-quality work.

- Familiarity with AI tools and a thoughtful approach to leveraging technology for operational excellence is a plus.
