You will manage complete recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to final evaluations, supporting different hiring needs.

You will use your recruitment expertise to identify qualified professionals and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.

Accountabilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, job advertising, interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
• Conduct active sourcing and hunting strategies to identify qualified professionals for different types of positions.
• Coordinate all recruitment stages independently in a remote environment.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare recruitment feedback and professional assessments to support hiring decisions.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Support hiring processes ranging from operational roles to strategic and specialized positions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes across different levels, from operational positions to strategic roles.
• Ability to independently manage complete hiring processes remotely.
• Must be based in Blumenau or the surrounding region.
• Own laptop and reliable equipment for remote work.
• Availability to work during commercial/business hours.
• Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
• Background or ongoing studies in Human Resources or Psychology is considered an advantage.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.
