You will manage complete recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to final evaluations, supporting different hiring needs.

Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, job advertising, interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Conduct active sourcing and hunting strategies to identify qualified professionals for different types of positions.
- Coordinate all recruitment stages independently in a remote environment.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare recruitment feedback and professional assessments to support hiring decisions.
- Manage priorities, deadlines, and candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Support hiring processes ranging from operational roles to strategic and specialized positions.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes across different levels, from operational positions to strategic roles.
- Ability to independently manage complete hiring processes remotely.
- Must be based in Blumenau or the surrounding region.
- Own laptop and reliable equipment for remote work.
- Availability to work during commercial/business hours.
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
- Background or ongoing studies in Human Resources or Psychology is considered an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.
