Accountabilities:
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and provide product guidance to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of solutions and benefits.
- Deliver product and system training to clients, supporting adoption and customer success.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and commercial initiatives to increase market penetration and sales performance.
- Analyze commercial data, monitor customer performance, and prepare reports to support decision-making and account development.
- Maintain regular customer engagement through visits, meetings, and follow-ups to strengthen partnerships and identify emerging needs.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in field-based or consultative commercial roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working with digital tools, sales platforms, and technology-driven processes.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Own vehicle and availability for regular travel within the assigned region.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools is considered a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is a plus.
