Accountabilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with companies across industries such as retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Identify client logistics needs related to transportation, warehousing, and dedicated operations.
- Conduct consultative sales activities, gathering technical requirements such as SLA expectations, routes, cargo profiles, and shipment volumes.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with operational feasibility and cost structures.
- Negotiate freight tables, contracts, pricing conditions, and service agreements.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of newly acquired contracts alongside operational teams.
- Manage and expand an active client portfolio, focusing on retention, customer satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales pipeline performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and new contract acquisition targets.
- Proven experience in external sales, business development, or B2B commercial roles.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing customer portfolios and developing long-term business relationships.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Active driverβs license (Category B).
- Strong communication, organizational, and commercial planning abilities.
- Experience within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain sector is considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of SLA management and logistics performance indicators is desirable.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools is an advantage.
