This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante de Desenvolvimento de Negócios Bilíngue based in Brazil.
This is a remote, full-time business development role focused on generating and qualifying new B2B opportunities within financial services.
You will research target organizations, identify key decision-makers, and create personalized outreach that starts meaningful commercial conversations.
The role combines prospecting, consultative discovery, CRM management, social selling, and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
You will engage with senior stakeholders and help translate complex technology solutions into relevant business value.
Success is measured through proactive lead generation, qualification quality, pipeline contribution, and disciplined execution.
You will work in a target-driven environment where initiative, organization, communication, and teamwork are highly valued.

Accountabilities

Research target companies and relevant decision-makers within financial services, fintech, banking, lending, and related industries to identify qualified business opportunities.

Conduct personalized outbound prospecting through appropriate channels, including LinkedIn and other sales engagement tools, to generate and qualify new leads.

Develop and nurture prospective organizations, understand their needs and objectives, and identify opportunities that can progress into qualified sales engagements.

Engage confidently with senior and C-level business stakeholders, building relevant B2B relationships and communicating value effectively.

Transition qualified leads to the Sales team with clear context, needs analysis, and relevant prospect information to support productive follow-up.

Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms to improve prospect research and expand the lead database.

Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in Salesforce, ensuring activities, communications, and relevant data are consistently recorded.

Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, content reuse, and lead-nurturing initiatives.

Participate in regular Sales meetings and prepare relevant information to support alignment, transparency, and effective prospect engagement.

Contribute to a results-oriented sales culture through proactive execution, continuous prospecting, and disciplined pipeline development.

1+ year of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar commercial role, with demonstrated experience in prospecting and generating leads independently.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Advanced English proficiency is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

Previous B2B experience in fintech, financial services, banking, lending, or technology is highly preferred.

Experience selling or prospecting enterprise solutions to financial institutions or other complex organizations is a strong advantage.

Ability to understand complex technology and communicate its value clearly to different audiences.

Proactive, self-directed approach to new business development, with a strong focus on identifying and creating opportunities.

Strong business judgment, process orientation, organization, attention to detail, and active listening skills.

Experience maintaining and expanding CRM databases, particularly Salesforce.
