Revenue Manager

This role sits at the core of global revenue operations, ensuring that commercial strategy is accurately translated into scalable financial and operational systems. You will work at the intersection of Product, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams, helping structure how complex digital offerings are monetized and managed across international markets. The environment is highly analytical and systems-driven, with exposure to large-scale SaaS and marketplace operations. You will contribute directly to the design of billing, contracting, and revenue infrastructure that supports global growth. This position requires strong cross-functional communication and the ability to turn business complexity into structured operational logic. Accountabilities:
You will act as a key connector between business, finance, and technology teams, ensuring that revenue processes are accurately designed, implemented, and optimized across global systems.
- Translate commercial and product requirements into scalable revenue operations and system logic
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of subscription billing, contract lifecycle, or quote-to-cash processes
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting aligned with ASC 606 standards
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate billing, contracting, and financial platforms
- Analyze complex datasets to troubleshoot discrepancies, ensure billing accuracy, and support financial reconciliation
- Improve and document end-to-end revenue workflows across multiple systems and stakeholders
- Support continuous optimization of pricing, contract structures, and monetization models
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Subscription Management, or Contract/Quote-to-Cash functions
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing, Salesforce Billing, CPQ, Conga, Ironclad, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of subscription models, usage-based billing, or complex contract structures
- Solid knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and financial compliance requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or SAP is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in fast-moving, global environments
