Revenue Operations Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist based in Brazil.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Finance, Pricing, Product Marketing, and Data, with a strong focus on revenue intelligence and performance optimization across the customer base. You will play a key role in improving visibility, predictability, and efficiency across revenue streams, with a particular emphasis on expansion, retention, and financial health of recurring revenue. The position involves deep analytical work to identify risks such as churn, contraction, or downgrade while also uncovering growth opportunities like upsell and cross-sell. You will build and maintain dashboards, forecast models, and performance analyses that directly inform strategic decisions in Customer Success. Working in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support scalable revenue growth. This is a fully remote role with strong cross-functional exposure and a high level of ownership.
Accountabilities
- Support Revenue Operations activities by ensuring consistent visibility and accuracy of key revenue metrics across CSOps, Pricing, Product Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.
- Analyze recurring revenue performance including MRR, ARR, ACV, NRR, GRR, churn, contraction, and expansion trends across customer segments and cohorts.
- Identify financial risks such as churn, downgrades, contract reductions, and payment-related issues, while proactively flagging revenue leakage.
- Detect growth opportunities including upsell, cross-sell, contract expansion, and pricing optimization strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models covering revenue performance, churn, expansion, and customer segmentation insights.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, CRM tools (such as HubSpot), and spreadsheet-based analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Support revenue forecasting, cohort analysis, and scenario modeling to improve predictability of future revenue streams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and decision-making processes around revenue strategy.
- Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar analytical roles focused on recurring revenue models.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as MRR, ARR, ACV, churn, expansion, contraction, NRR, and GRR.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, including reporting, dashboards, and data extraction.
- Solid analytical skills with experience using SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Familiarity with cohort analysis, forecasting models, and revenue performance tracking across customer segments.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a proactive, insight-driven mindset.
