Accountabilities:

  • Execute commercial and technical strategies to prospect new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors, farmers, consultants, and other key stakeholders in the agricultural ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular field visits to present products, provide technical guidance, monitor post-sales activities, and ensure the correct positioning of solutions.
  • Drive market development initiatives and generate demand for biological and natural products within the assigned territory.
  • Support distribution channels and technical consultants, enabling them to become effective advocates and multipliers of product knowledge.
  • Lead field evaluations, demonstrations, and product trials to validate performance and strengthen market adoption.
  • Monitor competitor activities, identify market trends, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate and provide direction to field teams, ensuring alignment on product performance and customer engagement activities.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions on product applications, benefits, and best practices to growers and applicators.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track commercial performance indicators, and propose improvement initiatives to maximize results.
  • Manage customer documentation processes related to registration, credit approvals, barter operations, and commercial transactions.
  • Act as a problem solver by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and collaborating with leadership to implement effective actions.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of the agricultural market and the Posse/GO region.
    • Residence in the assigned territory or willingness to relocate to the region.
    • Previous experience in technical sales, agribusiness, crop protection, or agricultural input markets.
    • Experience with biological or natural agricultural solutions is considered a strong advantage.
    • Proven ability to build relationships with farmers, distributors, and opinion leaders within the sector.
    • Strong commercial mindset combined with technical expertise and customer-oriented problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a field-based environment.
    • Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for frequent travel within the territory.
