Sales Development Representative

This role is focused on driving the early stages of the sales cycle through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging key decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The position requires a strong mix of communication skills, persistence, and commercial awareness to build trust with prospects across multiple channels. You will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth through structured outreach campaigns. Working closely with marketing and sales stakeholders, you will help align messaging and ensure consistent engagement strategies. Accountabilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify key decision-makers and develop tailored outreach strategies to engage and convert them.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for the sales team to advance opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and messaging.
- Continuously research products and services to confidently communicate value propositions.
- Track performance metrics and ensure consistent progress toward lead generation targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in IT staffing or professional services).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach strategies effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with international or Western markets is a plus.
- Hourly compensation in the range of $6–$7 USD per hour.
