This role is a key entry point into a dynamic and high-performing sales organization focused on driving business growth through strategic lead generation and qualification. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, playing a crucial role in building a strong and healthy sales pipeline. You will work closely with account executives, contributing directly to revenue generation and business expansion. Accountabilities:
- Prospect and identify potential companies to generate new business opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for account executives.
- Build and maintain outbound prospecting lists on a monthly basis to support lead generation efforts.
- Conduct outreach and qualification of leads through phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Apply structured qualification frameworks based on customer profiles and solution fit to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Study product offerings, sales methodologies, and customer pain points to improve qualification effectiveness.
- Track and support prospects throughout the buying journey, ensuring engagement and pipeline progression.
- Ensure consistent delivery of qualified leads to support revenue growth and sales team performance.
- Completed or ongoing higher education degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Resilience, adaptability, and openness to feedback and continuous change.
- Ability to research and identify prospects using tools such as LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing lead pipelines.
