This is a high-impact, customer-facing technical sales role focused on driving the adoption of an AI-native cybersecurity automation platform in fast-growing enterprise environments. You will act as the technical backbone of the sales motion, translating complex security challenges into clear, value-driven solutions that demonstrate the power of modern SOC automation. Working closely with sales leadership, product teams, and customers, you will shape how prospects understand, evaluate, and deploy advanced security capabilities. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, requiring both hands-on problem solving and executive-level communication. You will also play a key role in refining pre-sales strategy, improving processes, and ensuring consistency across tools, demos, and customer engagements. This position thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where technical storytelling and customer trust directly influence revenue outcomes.


Accountabilities:

  • Provide advanced pre-sales technical expertise and lead solution engineering efforts across the sales cycle.
  • Translate customer security requirements into tailored demonstrations and solution architectures.
  • Support and guide sales teams with technical insights, product positioning, and proof-of-value execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements.
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and maintain consistency in sales engineering processes and documentation.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer forums as a technical representative and thought partner.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
    • Strong expertise in cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, or related fields.
    • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
    • Strong understanding of APIs and how they are used in security automation and integrations.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise clients, including Fortune 1000 organizations.
    • Experience participating in complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing technical decision-makers.
    • Portuguese fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
