This role offers the opportunity to accelerate commercial growth within the travel technology industry by developing partnerships and expanding market reach.
You will lead sales initiatives focused on acquiring new business partners and strengthening relationships with key players in the travel ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales activities to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect, approach, and onboard new B2B partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and online travel agencies.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new partners and support their growth journey.
  • Manage the commercial onboarding process, including agreements, documentation, and technical setup requirements.
  • Guide partners through product training and ensure successful adoption of available solutions.
  • Manage partner accounts until the first purchase and support early-stage commercial development.
  • Monitor compliance with commercial agreements, including payment processes and contractual conditions.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships and API-based integrations with potential and existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities to support sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales management, business development, or partnership roles within B2B environments, preferably in the travel industry.
    • Strong understanding of the Brazilian travel market, including travel agencies, tour operators, travel management companies, and online travel platforms.
    • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
    • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and business insights to drive decisions.
    • Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-changing technology environment.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders across different cultural contexts.
    • Interest in innovative technology solutions and digital transformation within the travel industry.
    • Experience with API technology partnerships or integrations is considered an advantage.
