This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial growth across strategic aerospace and aviation accounts.
You will build trusted relationships with airline customers while identifying opportunities to expand business and strengthen long-term partnerships.
The position combines consultative selling, account strategy, commercial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to address technical, operational, contractual, logistical, and billing needs.
Your expertise in airline Flight Operations will help position specialized products and services against complex customer requirements.
The role provides significant autonomy in a remote environment, with travel supporting customer engagement and industry events.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned airline and aviation accounts, strengthening customer loyalty, increasing revenue, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance through sales forecasting, commercial analysis, and performance tracking, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, develop proposals, and effectively position products and services according to customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business by understanding customer priorities, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve technical, operational, contractual, logistical, and billing issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer engagement activities, including business reviews, performance reporting, industry events, and sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the organization professionally with customers and industry stakeholders, strengthening market presence and long-term commercial relationships.
  • Travel as required to meet customers, attend business meetings, support account development, and participate in relevant industry events.
  • Requirements

    • University degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Professional experience in the aerospace or aviation industry, with a strong understanding of airline operations and commercial environments.
    • Demonstrated sales experience supporting airline Flight Operations (FlightOps) organizations and their business needs.
    • Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with customers and stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic account management, consultative selling, negotiation, forecasting, and commercial analysis capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
    • Experience with airline Dispatch teams, Technical Operations (Tech Ops), or airline IT environments is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of solutions or technologies such as Ground Host, PHM tools, Repeaters, Flight Tracking, VHF Communications, and Flight Optimization is a plus.
    • Fluent Portuguese proficiency is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Challenger Sales and/or MEDDIC sales methodologies is advantageous.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required for customer engagement and industry events.
