This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to help expand access to innovative healthcare services while driving meaningful business growth. In this fully remote role, you will manage the patient conversion journey from initial engagement through successful scheduling and onboarding. Combining consultative sales techniques with proactive outbound outreach, you will play a critical role in increasing patient acquisition and engagement. Accountabilities:

  • Convert warm inbound leads into qualified patients through consultative conversations and relationship-building techniques
  • Conduct outbound outreach campaigns to re-engage inactive leads and identify new conversion opportunities
  • Engage prospective patients through multiple communication channels, including phone, SMS, email, and chat
  • Educate prospective patients using approved non-clinical messaging and provide clear guidance throughout the enrollment process
  • Address objections professionally and empathetically while helping prospects make informed decisions
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline documentation
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets
  • Collaborate closely with operations and care teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and transition processes
  • Contribute feedback and recommendations to improve outreach strategies, sales messaging, and conversion processes
  • Support revenue growth initiatives through disciplined sales execution and pipeline management
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, patient acquisition, or high-ticket sales environments
    • Proven success working in remote sales roles with measurable performance results
    • Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through conversion or appointment scheduling
    • Comfortable conducting high volumes of outbound calls and follow-up activities on a daily basis
    • Strong consultative selling skills combined with a proactive hunter mentality
    • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
    • Experience in telehealth, health technology, SaaS, wellness, direct-to-consumer, or related industries preferred
    • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, communication tools, spreadsheets, and sales productivity software
    • Availability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
